L’anno del topo

Oggi è il primo giorno dell’anno del topo, secondo il calendario cinese. E ieri sera io e mia moglie siamo andati a festeggiare il capodanno cinese nel nostro ristorante preferito. Frequentiamo Il Vigneto (nome, a dire il vero, poco cinese) di piazza Capri a Roma da qualche anno: ci siamo sempre trovati bene, anche con i nostri tre bambini, e spesso prendiamo il cibo e ce lo mangiamo a casa. Servizio rapidissimo, cibo buono, almeno per chi gradisce il cibo cinese, locael curato e abbastanza grande ed estrema gentilezza.
Per una serie di fortunati eventi ieri sera ci siamo trovati nella possibilità di andare da soli a questo cenone, spinti anche dalla mia particolare curiosità nata negli ultimi anni per questa civiltà orientale che rivaleggia per storia con le civiltà del Mediterraneo. E così siamo andati a provare la vera cucina tradizionale cinese: c’erano cose buone e cose meno buone ma io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso un paio di ore chiacchierando amabilmente e gustando cibo mai assaggiato prima in un locale molto affollato ma in cui il servizio non ci ha delusi come al solito.

Infatti, siccome si racconta che il topo ha usato un stratagemma ed è arrivato primo al incontro tra i 12 segni in gropa al bue, si racconta, dico, che sarà l’anno dei furbi. Oddio, non ci voglio pensare!
