La scorsa settimana c’è stato il mio compleanno. Tra i regali ricevuti, dietro mia espressa richiesta, una macchina del pane (meglio nota, su internet, come mdp): una Moulinex Homebread XXL.
Sono un fan degli elettrodomestici, sopratutto di quelli che ti permettono di ottenere cose altrimenti difficili (vedi frullatore) e quelli che ti semplificano la vita senza occuparti mezza cucina.
Ho scartato la mdp sabato pomeriggio e domenica mattina abbiamo mangiato il primo dolce, tipo ciambellone, che i bambini hanno trovato molto gustoso, anche il secondo che di solito evita i dolci. Spero proprio di riuscire a sostituire totalmente il già esiguo consumo di merendine. Staremo avedere se non mi stufo prima.
